Canceled Speaker: Gregory Butler, Plant Manager, Chatham Greens
It was a long road for Gregory Butler before getting into hydroponics. He was a sous chef at a number of different restaurants: the Blue and Mickey Finn’s in Ocean City and the Oregon Grill in Hunt Valley. He then became the head chocolatier at Wockenfuss Candies. An opportunity arose for him to get in on the ground floor of Chatham Greens as Plant Manager, growing different lettuces and herbs and developing new strains using hydroponics. And the rest, as they say, is history!
